Payment Information

Australian Organic Wool accepts payment by Paypal, Direct Debit to our bank account (banking details will be supplied upon checkout if you select this option), or cash on delivery for customers local to us (within Newcastle and Lake Macquarie, NSW).

If paying by Direct Debit, please include the order number to facilitate tracing of your payment.

We require payment to be made within 72 hours of purchase unless prior arrangements have been made. Please don’t hesitate to contact us to make alternate arrangements for payment. If payment is not received within this time frame and no contact is made, the order will be cancelled with no further notice.

At Australian Organic Wool we are happy to accept lay bys but please contact us to discuss terms prior to purchase. On request we will supply a payment schedule which must be agreed upon before the lay by will commence. The product will be removed from stock when the first payment is received.

If the agreed payment schedule is not adhered to, we will send one reminder email. If the lay by remains unpaid for 72 hours after the reminder email, items will be returned to stock with no further notice. Any monies paid will be refunded minus a $5 re-stocking fee.
