Within Australia orders are shipped via Australia Post Parcel Post. All orders are trackable and you can track your parcel here:
Prices as of June 2023 are as follows:
up to and including 7 balls, 1 200g hank or between 1 and 3 100g hanks: Regular Post $9.70 Express Post $12.70
between 8 and 14 balls, 2 and 4 200g hanks or 4 and 8 100g hanks inclusive: Regular Post $16.65 Express Post $20.65
between 15 and 35 balls, 5 and 7 200g hanks or 9 to 14 100g hanks inclusive: Regular Post $20.05 Express Post $27.05
between 35 and 40 balls, 8 and 10 200g hanks or 14 and 20 100g hanks inclusive: postage prices vary according to destination, the total will be calculated upon checkout (if you require your parcel sent via Express Post please contact us for a pricing)
For orders greater than 40 balls, 10 200g hanks or 20 100g hanks (2kg), we offer bulk discounts so please contact us for pricing and postage quotes before purchase.
Returns
If you are in any way unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order. Either an exchange or a refund (exclusive of postage charges) can be organised to your appropriate account, conditional on the goods being returned in their original packaging in as new condition. Yarn that has been in contact with pets, cigarette smoke, chemicals etc. is not eligible for either an exchange or refund. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility.
We are also happy to accept returns on any damaged or faulty orders. Orders must be returned within 14 days of receipt (in the original packaging in the case of damaged orders). If the order is found to be damaged or faulty upon return, either a full refund including postage will be issued, or the order will be replaced and postage refunded.
